Arts On Tour Presents Touring Workshop

Capture

Following the success of its first Touring Workshop in 2017, Arts on Tour is once again presenting an informative, demystifying, full-day workshop that tells you everything you need to know about getting your work on the road.

Designed for companies, producers and independent artists who are new to touring or want to get a handle on performing arts touring in regional Australia, the Touring Workshop will provide practical advice and support as well as networking opportunities.

The speakers include venue managers, experienced touring artists and the Arts on Tour team to answer all your questions: Is my show tour-ready? How do I sell my show? What are venue managers looking for? How do I build an itinerary, develop a touring budget, and work out fees?
What about grants and showcases? What should I know about marketing, being on tour and who can help?

This professional development workshop offers vital conversations with people who can help.

The full day’s program will be published on the AOT website before the event.
