Nadia Piave’s Caffe d’Amore performs pieces en forme de habanera, welcoming 2018 with this concert to celebrate the shape of things to come. Soprano Nadia Piave and guitarist Gino Pengue are joined by flautist Tina Marsden and guitarist Robert Clancy as they enlist the timeless, tempo-filled, sensuous, curvy, attention-seeking ever-so-tasty habanera to help them.

There are songs by Charles Trenet, Georges Bizet, Claude de Sermisy, Maurice Ravel, Michel Legrand, Gino Paoli, Erik Satie, Adriano Celentano, Leo Ferre, Astor Piazzolla and others…all in the shape of an habanera!
